Collaborative Supply Chain Award
This award celebrates outstanding supply chain excellence achieved through collaboration between two trading partners, such as:
- Retailer & Supplier
- Supplier & Logistics Service Provider
- Retailer & Technology Provider
Entries should demonstrate how both organisations worked together to address a shared challenge or opportunity through the development of an innovative, practical solution. Successful submissions will show measurable improvements in areas such as product availability, stock control, operational efficiency, cost reduction, sustainability, change management, or customer service.
Submissions should clearly outline:
- The partnership and collaborative approach
- The challenge or opportunity addressed
- Actions taken and solutions implemented
- Results and measurable outcomes achieved
- How the initiative can serve as a model of best practice for the wider industry
Judging Process
- An ECR judging panel will select 3-4 finalists from all entries received.
- Each finalist will be invited to deliver a 10-slide presentation at the ECR Supply Chain Summit, with a maximum presentation time of 10 minutes.
- Presentations will be followed by a 3-4 minute Q&A session with the award host.
- The award winner will be determined by a vote of the Summit audience.

- Submission deadline: 9 October
- Each entry includes registration for two presenters
- Two awards will be presented
- Projects implemented within the last 18 months are eligible for entry.
