This award celebrates outstanding supply chain excellence achieved through collaboration between two trading partners, such as:

• Retailer & Supplier
• Supplier & Logistics Service Provider
• Retailer & Technology Provider

Entries should demonstrate how both organisations worked together to address a shared challenge or opportunity through the development of an innovative, practical solution. Successful submissions will show measurable improvements in areas such as product availability, stock control, operational efficiency, cost reduction, sustainability, change management, or customer service.

Submissions should clearly outline:

• The partnership and collaborative approach
• The challenge or opportunity addressed
• Actions taken and solutions implemented
• Results and measurable outcomes achieved
• How the initiative can serve as a model of best practice for the wider industry
